If your child has an appointment with Nutrition/Diabetes Education at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Specialty Care at Bedford Medical Park on or after June 15, 2015, the appointment will take place at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester (100 Hitchcock Way, 2nd floor).
