Problem: In NH there were 11 firearm suicides for every firearm homicide between 2009 and 2011.
In VT there were 19 firearm suicides during the same period.
Proposed Solution: Let's come together as public health and firearm advocates to work on reducing access to lethal means for those at risk for suicide
Join us for a documentary film, panel presentation and community discussion as we look for opportunities to work together as a community to prevent suicides
We will screen a thought provoking documentary on this difficult topic, Barrel to the Head, by Jessica Pitcher who will be present.
