CHaD offers primary health care services for infants, children, teens, and young adults, which includes annual physicals, urgent care/sick visits, management of chronic conditions such as asthma, and treatment of many childhood illnesses and conditions.

Parents seeking primary care services for children and adolescents can choose between our Family Medicine and General Pediatrics practices.

General Pediatrics

General Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) provides primary healthcare services for infants, children, teens, and young adults, including:

Internal Medicine – Pediatrics

Internal Medicine – Pediatrics is the combination of Internal Medicine (primary care for adults) and Pediatrics (primary care for infants, children and adolescents), located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester and regional locations. Our providers work collaboratively with primary care patients who have a variety of chronic illnesses and medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, lung problems and gastrointestinal disorders.
