    Must be 18 years or older and HIV positive to access services. ACORN provides education, family support, assistance with food, clothing, finances, housing, and utilities, information and referral, respite, volunteer services. Serves both Orange and Windsor County in VT and Sullivan and Grafton Co. in NH.

    Must be HIV positive to receive services. Services include family support, social services, assistance with food, clothing and finances, information and referral, transportation assistance, and volunteer services.

    Serves Rocking and Strafford County, NH and Southern York County Maine. Must be HIV positive to receive services. Services include family support, social services, assistance with food, clothing and finances, information and referral, transportation assistance, and volunteer services.

    Serves New Hampshire and Vermont. Eligible: HIV positive, HIV affected, at risk youth, women and families.
