The ICN (Intensive Care Nursery) is located at Children's Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center at One Medical Center Drive in Lebanon, NH, on Level 5 next to the Birthing Pavilion.
During your family's stay in the ICN, you may park in the:
- Main Entrance parking lot
- Parking Garage

The new Patient Pavilion is open!
- Follow signs for Entrance #2. This is the Inpatient Visitor Entrance.
- There is an Inpatient Visitor Parking Lot for anyone visiting a patient at the hospital.
- The Inpatient Visitor Entrance is open from 5 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
- If you need to enter the building after hours, enter through the Emergency Department. Signs will direct you from the Inpatient Parking Lot to the Emergency Department entrance.

There is a toll-free parent line: 1-866-ICN BABY or 1-866-426-2229.
We will provide you with a special code that allows you to call in to check on your baby. Please do not share this code with others, as this is a special number only for parents.
You are welcome to call any time day or night to talk to your baby's nurse. They are happy to give you an update on your baby, but if you have questions that they cannot answer, we can arrange to have a medical provider call you.
Gas vouchers
Irving gas vouchers may be available for those families who must travel to the ICN. Speak to your social worker for more information about these vouchers.
Using myDH to check your baby's test results
You can sign up to use myDH to view your baby's test results and notes.
Please note that you may see information that you don't understand. Be sure to ask us if you have any questions or concerns.
Leaving the hospital at discharge
Please use the Main Entrance when you and your family are ready to leave the hospital at discharge.
The ICN staff will give you a parking pass that will allow you to park at the Main Entrance circle for 45 minutes. During this time, you may return to the ICN to gather your family members and belongings.
