Advocacy Day 2020

On Tuesday, March 3, Steve Chapman, MD, director of the Boyle Community Pediatrics program, brought seven residents and two medical students to Concord, NH, to participate in Advocacy Day. While there, they were able to testify before committees on topics such as paid family leave and lead testing in schools and childcare facilities. In addition, they met with Governor Chris Sununu. Advocacy Day offers an opportunity for new doctors to participate in the legislative process so that they are able to advocate for the patients they serve.
