Flu Vaccine Information
The flu (influenza) vaccine should be given to children:
- Between the ages of 6 months and 18 years
- Over age 5 who have a higher risk for serious illness
Those who come in contact with children should also receive the vaccine (such as caregivers and breast-feeding women).
